the 10-20 business days should just be changed to 20 business days, it will never come within the 10 days especially for your first passport. Do NOT book any flights if you dont have your passport as it will never come in time. Aswell as the compensation for the “partial refund if service standards arent met” ? You pay 120$ for a passport and maybe get 10$ refund for them taking longer ? ridiculous, verify who i am, call the references, print the passport, mail it. i dont see why it takes this long.
